Another fifteening.com tool that helps people move more.
Fifteening Prizes known as the "Fiffies" are given to groups and schools and neighborhoods that create fun micro-videos or gifs or time-lapses of their Fifteening Moves on their phones. Keep them very short or people won't watch them. Maximum 15 seconds long.
You can also do a longer video but it needs a story so that people watch it. Check it with friends to see how quickly they get bored.
